Shanghai Marketing Communication Video | Shoot In China
Shoot In China provides Shanghai marketing communication video production for brands, companies and agencies. Since 2012, our English-Chinese production team has supported corporate messaging, product launches, executive interviews, promotional films and event content.
Start with the audience and the message: a customer introduction, an employee update and a product launch need different information and delivery versions. We work with the client’s communications team from the brief and script through filming and post-production.

Marketing Communication Video Services
- Corporate messaging and internal communications.
- CEO and executive interviews.
- Product launch and promotional videos.
- Brand films and commercial content.
- Trade show, conference and event films.
- Motion graphics, explainers and social media versions.
From Communication Brief to Script
Agree the main message, intended audience and where the film will be shown before developing the script. The client can provide product information, brand guidelines, reference films and the points that need approval.
For executive interviews, prepare an outline that supports the message while leaving room for natural answers. For product or promotional films, connect each claim to a demonstration, approved statement or relevant footage. Avoid trying to put every company service into one short film.

Shanghai Filming and Bilingual Production
Our English-Chinese producers coordinate contributors, crew, locations and the shooting schedule. Depending on the brief, filming can combine management interviews, product demonstrations, workplace footage and event coverage.
Based in Shanghai, we also coordinate shoots in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou and Hong Kong. For content gathered in several locations, agree interview framing, visual references and a shared shot list before filming.

Editing, Approvals and Delivery
Confirm the review contact and approval stages for the script, interview selections, graphics and final edit. Chinese and English subtitles, narration, music, aspect ratios and shorter versions should be included in the agreed scope.
The finished film may be used for a presentation, internal communication or an external campaign. For platform-specific filming and cutdowns, see Shanghai social media video production.
