When a production requests one of those models, we check the exact unit and accompanying accessories with the supplier. Model examples are not a statement of stock: dates, quantities and suitable alternatives are confirmed for the shoot. We can also discuss other lighting options with the gaffer when a requested fixture is unavailable.

Local Lighting Crew and Delivery

Gaffers, lighting assistants and grip personnel can be arranged with the equipment. The producer connects the visiting team with local suppliers and venue staff, including the timing of delivery, loading, preparation and collection.

That matters when a room is in use before filming or a company has a short interview window. We coordinate those timings with the crew, so lighting preparation forms part of the production schedule rather than a separate equipment booking.

Guangzhou Filming Support Around the Lights

The lighting package can sit alongside our local camera, sound and production coordination, or support a visiting team that already has those roles covered. Changes are discussed with the departments involved and brought back to the supplier where necessary.
