China Production Service | Shoot In China
Shoot In China provides China production service for commercials, corporate films, branded content, interviews and documentaries. Based in Shanghai, our bilingual team coordinates local production from the brief and preparation through filming and delivery, with the scope agreed for each project.

Pre-Production Services in China
Preparation can include concept and script discussions, storyboards, shot planning, casting, crew booking, location scouting, budgeting and scheduling. Share the treatment, reference films, filming dates and required outputs so the producer can discuss a practical approach.
Location access is confirmed for the proposed setup and dates. Offices, factories, studios and exterior locations may have different restrictions on filming, loading, power and working hours. We coordinate enquiries and approvals rather than promise that every difficult location can be secured.
An example from our previous production work:
Local Crews and Equipment
The team can include a director, DOP, camera operators, assistants, gaffers, grips, sound technicians, stylists, art department staff and production assistants. The roles follow the creative and technical requirements, and language support is agreed before booking.
Camera options may include ARRI, RED, Sony and Canon systems, with lenses, lighting, sound and support specified for the project. Confirm availability, preparation, tests and transport. For several cities, plan travel days and local sourcing as part of the schedule.
Post-Production and Delivery
Post-production can cover editing, color grading, sound design, mixing, voiceover, subtitles, localization, motion graphics and visual effects. Agree which services are required, the review stages and the client contact who approves factual information and the final version.
A main film, presentation edit and social cutdowns may need different formats and language versions. Include them in the brief alongside the deadline. Confirm whether the handover covers finished films, camera originals or both, and how the receiving team will access the files.
Discuss Your Production
Send the filming dates, cities, brief, required crew and delivery requirements to [email protected]. View our production work for references, then confirm a scope and quote for the project.
Confirm the preparation and filming hours, travel arrangements and approval contact before booking. List any additional language versions or specialist requirements in the brief so the schedule and quote describe the actual work to be delivered. For interviews, identify speakers and agree the questions, location setup and recording time. For product filming, prepare the items and demonstrations needed for each shot before the crew arrives.
