Corporate Films and Business Interviews

A company profile may introduce the people, facilities and work behind a business. An executive message, recruitment film or customer testimonial has a different purpose. Agree that purpose before developing the script, interview questions and shot list.

For interviews, identify the contributors and the points each person can explain. Supporting footage should show relevant activity, products or processes rather than simply fill gaps between answers. Product names, business claims and technical information should be checked by the client.

Our production services can include a director, producer, cinematographer, camera assistants, lighting and sound. English-Chinese coordination is arranged for the project. Crew size and equipment depend on the locations, filming style and available time.

For office or factory filming, confirm access, loading, power and the areas that can appear on camera. Plan interview timings around the contributors and working environment. Studio shoots, events and aerial footage need their own practical checks rather than being treated as the same setup.

Editing, Subtitles and Delivery

Corporate film post-production can include editing, color grading, sound mixing, graphics, voiceover and subtitles. Agree who approves the script, factual statements and each edit so feedback reaches the production team in a usable form.

Specify the main film, cutdowns and language versions in the brief. A website film, conference presentation and social media edit may require different aspect ratios or captions. Confirm deadlines, review stages and the final file formats before filming.

We also coordinate filming in other Chinese cities according to the brief. For multi-location projects, share visual references and recording requirements with each crew so interviews and supporting footage can work together in one edit.
