Production Planning and Local Coordination
A project can start from an approved script, an interview outline or an initial brief. Agree the audience, message, running time and intended uses before planning the shoot. We can discuss the treatment, locations, crew and equipment needed for the project.
For office, factory or event filming, confirm the access contact, contributor schedule and working areas. Include loading, equipment setup, sound checks and travel between locations. Language requirements and the flow of client feedback should be agreed before filming.
The AHC corporate video below is an existing example of our work. It provides a reference for discussing the type of film and production approach needed for a new brief.
Crew and Equipment
Our producers coordinate camera, lighting, sound and other departments according to the shot list. A single interview and a multi-location commercial need different roles and preparation. Confirm the camera package, recording format and working hours for the dates.
For filming beyond Shanghai, we also coordinate projects in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hangzhou. Shared visual references and a common shot list help footage from several locations work together.

Editing, Review and Delivery
Confirm the running time, language versions, subtitles, graphics, music and aspect ratios before editing. Agree the review stages, approval contact and delivery deadline. Extra versions and changes to the original brief should be discussed as part of the scope.
Send the filming dates, locations, script status and required outputs to [email protected]. We can discuss the filming team, production schedule and quote for the project.
