Planning Your Shanghai Shoot
Share the treatment or interview outline, dates, locations and delivery requirements. Our producers can coordinate location scouting, contributor schedules, crew, equipment and transport around the brief.
For offices, factories or venues, confirm the client contact who can approve access and filming. Include preparation, loading, setup and travel time in the schedule, especially when moving between locations.
Bilingual Crew and Equipment
The crew can range from a videographer for a compact brief to separate camera, lighting, sound and production roles. Agree which roles need English-Mandarin communication and who handles client feedback on set.
Camera and lighting packages are arranged for the project. ARRI, RED, Sony, lenses, sound and support equipment should be confirmed for the dates rather than assumed from a general equipment list.
Filming in Shanghai and Other Cities
We also coordinate production in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou and other locations. For a multi-city project, agree shared framing, visual references and delivery settings so the footage works together.
See our production work for references. Filming-only bookings and complete productions have different scopes; confirm editing, subtitles, review rounds and media handover before the shoot.

Shanghai Location and Media Brief
Send location photographs, access hours, room dimensions and the proposed filming positions when available. Offices and factories may have restrictions on crew movement, loading, power or areas that can appear on camera. Identify the client contact who can resolve these questions before the shoot.
For footage handover, confirm the recording format, estimated volume, file organisation and transfer destination. Agree who verifies the copies and how long production backups are retained. The same preparations matter for a compact interview as for a larger commercial.
