Chinese Corporate Video Production

Shoot In China provides Chinese corporate video production for company profiles, brand films, training videos, internal communications and product videos. Our English-Chinese production team supports scripting, interviews, filming and post-production, with the language and delivery versions agreed around the audience.

Chinese Script, Interviews and Company Profiles

A corporate film may need a Chinese script, Mandarin interviews or Chinese narration, alongside an English version for overseas colleagues. We discuss the message, contributors and terminology before filming so the different versions follow the same approved information.

The Hygeia film below is an existing corporate video example from our work.

Language Versions and Review

Confirm interview languages and whether interpretation is needed on set. Names, job titles, company terminology and product descriptions should be checked by the client before recording narration or preparing subtitles.

Subtitles, translated scripts and voiceover are separate deliverables. Agree the language versions, review contact, graphics and output formats before editing, rather than relying on a direct translation after the film is finished.

Our corporate filming also includes staff interviews and workplace stories. The On Running film below is a further example of our existing production work.

Filming Across China

Based in Shanghai since 2012, we coordinate filming in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou and other locations according to the brief. For company profiles involving several offices or factories, agree a shared interview approach, shot list and visual style.

Preparing Chinese Interviews

Prepare interview questions and approved business terminology before filming. Confirm each contributor’s preferred language and whether interpretation is needed for the client. Chinese names, job titles and product descriptions should be checked before subtitles or narration are recorded.

For separate English and Chinese edits, agree which interview answers and graphics can be shared, and which need a different approach. Allow time for translation review, subtitle checks and final approval rather than treating the second language version as an automatic export.
