Chongqing Film Equipment Rental | Shoot In China
Shoot In China arranges Chongqing film equipment rental for commercials, documentaries, corporate interviews, branded content and industrial production. Camera, lens, lighting, grip and sound packages can be combined with bilingual coordination, technical crew and local delivery.
Since 2012, we have supported international productions across China. In Chongqing, the right package needs to suit the filming location as well as the creative brief: hills, stairs, loading access and travel between districts all affect how equipment reaches set.

Camera and Lens Packages
We can source systems from ARRI, Sony, Canon, RED and Blackmagic, subject to availability and the production schedule. Packages can be configured for a compact interview, documentary coverage, a commercial or multi-camera filming.
Prime lenses, zooms, anamorphic options and specific lenses should be checked alongside camera mounts, monitoring, media and accessories. Share the intended format, visual references and post-production workflow so the technical details can be agreed during prep.
Specific cinema cameras, premium lenses or unusual accessories may need to come from Chengdu or another production hub. Confirm these early rather than assume they are available locally at short notice.
Lighting, Grip and Sound
The equipment plan can include:
- Lighting: LEDs, soft and hard lights, HMI or Fresnel fixtures, modifiers and appropriate stands.
- Grip and Movement: Flags, diffusion, C-stands, sliders, dollies, jibs, tripods and stabilizers.
- Location Sound: Wireless lavaliers, shotgun microphones, boom kits, field mixers, recorders, wind protection and monitoring.
We help match the kit to available power, room size, crew numbers and location conditions. A one-camera interview needs a different approach from a large commercial, especially when setup time or access is limited.

Technical Prep and Crew
Our team coordinates package checks, equipment preparation, setup questions and delivery timing. Cinematographers, camera operators, assistants, gaffers, lighting technicians, sound recordists, DITs and production assistants can be arranged with the gear.
Bilingual coordination keeps technical questions clear between the overseas producer, local suppliers and crew. Agree the equipment list, backup needs, operator responsibilities and any additional technical requirements before the shoot day.
Time-lapse, 360-degree capture, VR and motion-control requirements can be assessed separately. Drone or FPV work requires a location-specific feasibility review and any applicable permissions; a rental request does not confirm that an aerial sequence can be filmed.
Delivery Across Chongqing
We coordinate delivery and collection for studios, offices, hotels, industrial sites and filming locations. Include the actual loading point, parking arrangement and access route in the booking details.
Chongqing’s layered streets can make a short map distance a longer equipment move. Check stairs, lifts, cart access and the distance from the vehicle to set, and allow additional assistants where needed. Wet-weather access and night movements should also be considered during location planning.
For multi-day shoots, confirm storage, collection times and transfers between sites. Our Chongqing filming guide covers wider location and production considerations.
Multi-City Shoots and Data Workflow
Our production network can connect the Chongqing package with support in Chengdu, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Coordinating cameras, lenses and accessories across cities helps maintain a consistent workflow.
DIT services, media backups, file transfers and editing coordination can be included according to the production. Tell us how footage needs to reach the editor or client, particularly for same-day delivery or larger data volumes.
