Guangzhou Event and Trade Show Filming

Exhibitions and conferences move quickly. Shoot In China arranges event and trade show filming in Guangzhou, from booth demonstrations and exhibitor interviews to presentations, networking coverage and edited highlights.

For Canton Fair filming or another exhibition, tell us the venue, dates, stand details and the purpose of the video. A buyer interview, a product demonstration and a social highlight need different schedules, sound arrangements and permissions. We plan coverage around the confirmed event requirements.

What Would You Like to Capture?

A useful shot list can include the stand before opening, products in use, short interviews, visitors interacting with exhibits and wider event context. Identify the people who must appear and the moments that cannot be repeated. Agree whether the output is a record, a sales tool or a short campaign film.

For interviews on a busy show floor, plan a quieter position where possible and allow time for microphone checks. Confirm presenter language and pronunciation before filming. If a booth demonstration needs several takes, arrange a suitable time with the exhibitor.

Access, Badges and Venue Coordination

Check current organiser and venue requirements before booking the final plan. Crew badges, equipment entry, filming permissions and access outside public hours may need advance coordination. Exhibitor access does not automatically authorise every filming activity or the use of neighbouring brands and visitors in a commercial film.

Confirm the booth contact, loading arrangements, camera positions, power and any restrictions on lights or tripods. For stage coverage, agree the audio feed and presentation schedule with the AV team. See Guangzhou fixer support for local coordination.

Highlights, Interviews and Social Versions

Coverage can be delivered as rushes, an event highlight, interview edits or short social versions. Plan aspect ratios, subtitles and branded graphics in advance. If a same-day edit is requested, agree the length, footage cutoff, approvals and available editing time before promising a delivery deadline.

We can coordinate Guangzhou camera crew and the wider local production setup. Crew size depends on whether interviews, stage action and booth activity must be covered at the same time.

Send the Event Brief

Include the venue and date, opening hours, stand or room number, must-film moments, interview subjects, branding requirements and final outputs. Let us know who can approve the edit and how quickly feedback will be available. We can then build a practical filming and delivery plan.

Send the filming dates, location, brief, budget range and delivery requirements to [email protected]. We can then confirm the crew, scope, availability and quote.
